The firm of Weight Wolny & Trusler was formed in 1981 when Denis Weight (who has since retired), Bob Wolny and John Trusler set up in partnership together. The three partners had many years experience between them and complemented each other with the various skills each brought to the partnership.

Bob Wolny holds an Honours Law degree from Bristol University. He deals with a wide range of legal matters but in particular his business clientele is thriving. He is also a follower of Fulham Football Club.

John Trusler holds an Honours Law degree from London University and is a member of The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. He is a member of The Western Front Association which is dedicated to preserving the memory of those who fought in the First World War. He is also a member of The Chelmsford (1944) Rifle Club and of a local gymnasium.

The partners are assisted by a team of fee earners and support staff and all of us are dedicated to providing a quality service tailored to your needs. We pride ourselves on our service which is confirmed by the response we get to our client surveys.

The firm has a tradition of supporting charities for instance supporting Will promotions at discounted rates.

We are also involved with the Trident scheme giving work experience to young students.

We have our own car park for clients and ground floor offices convenient for clients with mobility difficulties.
